At an adjourned/Ineeting of the board of Commissioners held in
the Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall builling In the pity of Paducah?
Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 24th day of iebruary, 197o1, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Bradshaw, Rannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lnckey, (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Commissioner Rutter offered. the following motion; The following

00 .I move the amount of 62006.95 be allowed, end the Commissioner of Public Finance
authorized to pay same and charge to the proper funds. Adopted on call of the

Brady M.Stewart Commissioner Rutter'offeied motion that the comminsion of 10% due
commission for
Jenuary,1931 Brady M. Stewart, back tax collector, for the month of January, 1931. amounting
to $178.99 be allowed and that the Commissioner of Public r•inance be authorized
to pay same and charge to the proper fund. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens;
Commissioners Bradshaw, Nannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Log Catcher Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the Commissioner of eublic
employed for 1931
rinance be,authorized to employ a dog catcher and to hire a vehicle for his use;
said dog catcher to be paid Eighty Dollare per month; that there be paid not
exceeding 'twenty (820.00) Dollnrs per month for the use of said vehicle. Said
drg catcher to work during the pleasure of the board of Commissioners. I further
move that said dog catcher, when so employed by the Commissioner of Public Finance,
be given police cower upon complying with the or•linance reg,ilating the granting
th,reof. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners bradshnw, Nannin,
