At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
nt 1:00 o'clock P.M. on the 23rd day of February, 1931, in the absence of Idayor
Lackey, Commissioner Nelson presided as Mayor pro tem and upon call of the roll the
following answered to their names: Commissioners bradsbaw, Hannin, Rutter and
Mayor pro Lem Nelnon, (4).
Adjourned Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion; It appearing
meeting-
'-Qsl,ing- that the regular meeting day of the board of Commissioners today is 'ilashington's
ton's
Eirthday birthday and, therefore, a legal holiday, I move that the meeting adjourn until
2:00 o'clock P.m. on Tuesday, February 24th, 1931.
