At a call meeting of the hoard of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2:00 ovclock P.M. on the 19th day of February, 194,

Mayor Lackey stated reason for call,•to-.:it: For the purpose
of allowing payrolls for first one-half of February, rnA such other business
as may come before the Board:
Payrolls for first Commissioner flitter offered motion that the payrolls for the first

Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay same. Adopted on call of
the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Rutter and Zlayor Lackey, (3).
