Commissloners T Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paduceh, Kentucky
at four o'clock p.m. on the 9th day of Febnunry, 1931, 6anyor Lackey presided

Bradshe-, Hannin, Noleon, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).

granting police power to R.F.Henson, end such other business as may come before
the Board.
Commissioner Nelson offered motion that the communication from the
H.F.rlenBon grantee
police power- Peoples National bank, requesting that t -e Board of CoTmissioners grant online

bank power to lt.F.Henson as special policeman for the Peoples National eanit, be
received end filed and that the said H.F.Henson be granted police power upon
his executing bond ane taking the onth as renuired by ordinance n,d law.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, linnnin, Nelson, Rutter
and Mayor Lackey, (5).
