At a call meeting of the t+oard. of Commissione�a held in the Commiss.ionernI
Chamber in the City Rall building; in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 11 o'clock
a.m. on the 4th day of ?ebrunry, 1931, Mayor Lnckoy presided and upon cnIl of
the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Rnnnin, Nolson,
Futter and ?Iayor Lackey, (4).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call,to-wit: For the purpose of allowing
payrolls for last h-lf of January, 1931, and such other business as may come before
the board.
P.C.Griffin to CommissionFr Hannin offered motion that the decd if conveynnee from F.C.
Myrtle Ross -
deed to lot in Griffin to lbyrtle Rosa to the south one-half of Lot :'o.33, in }flock No.l in
Oak Grove rati-
fied Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, subject
to the rules and regulations of said cemetery, and subject to the conditions of
said deed, be nos ratified and approved by the Board of Commissioners. Adopted
on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Futter and Vayor Lnelcey,
(4).
Payrolls -last Commissioner Futter offered motion teat the payrolls for the last half
half Jan.131
of January, 1931 be allowed in the amount of 013829.14 and the Com_issioner of
Public Finance authorized to pay same. Adopted on call of the roll. Yeas;
commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
