At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners'
Chamber in the City hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 o'clock p.m.
on the Cnd dr.y of February, 1931, T.?Fyor Lackey presided and unon call of the roll
the following answered to their nsmes: Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Butter and
Mayor Lackey, (4).
Yinutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Cosm;ission,r Nelson offered motion tint the report of Gus Rogers, Chief of
Police
Dept.Jan. Police, for the month of January, 1931 be received and filed. Adopted on call of
report

Commissioner Nelson offered motion that the report of Tom King, City Jailer,

claim bill, $3,691.36, be allowed add that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized
to dram check in payment thereof. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;

Cash Ord- Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the cash orders in the amount of

$125.18 be allored, and the Commissioner of Public Finance be reimbursed by check
on the General Fund for said amount; some to be charged to the proper funds.

E.Rusrk Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: The claim of "'.F..Ruark

for amount of $66.25 having been duly approved for allo^rence and payment, I move
same be allowed rad the Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay same and
charge to the Park Board Fund in the department of Public Affairs. Adopted on call
