At a regular meeting of the board of Commissioners held in the Comrnissionersr
Cha?ber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 o'clock p.m.
on the 12th day of January, 1931, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the
fallowing answered to their nnmos: Cownissioners Hannin, Hol3on and :4nyor Lackey,

Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the deed of conveyance from George B.
