At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commisslonersl Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at ton o'clock a.m. on the 3rd day of January, 1931, ?layer Lackey
presided ani upon call of the roll the following nnowereA-to their names;
Commissionors Hannin, Nels,,n and r'ayor Lackey, (3).
Btay or Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purnose of
allowing payrolls for last one-half of December, and ouch other business ac
may come before the Board.
Commissioner Nelson offered motion that the payrolls for the, lent
Payrolls -last half
December, 1930 half of December, 1'30 be allowed in the amount of X13,387:57, and the
Comnissionor of Public Finnnee authorized to pay same. Adopted on call
of the roll; Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson and Mayor Lackey, (3).
