At a regulnr meeting of the board Of commissioners held in the
co-missionors' Chamber in the city Hall building in the cit-- of Pndueah,
Kentucky at 2 o b lock p.m. on the 15th day of uocember, 1930, Mayor Lackey
presided. and upon call of the roll the following ons-erod to their names:

Paducah '.later Vks Commissioner Bradshaw offeredthe following motion: •iba ormers of
extend mains- property on Tnurman street, between o:•ell and bridge streets, in the "ity of

e.orell to bridge Paducah, Ky., hnving p•,titioned for an extension of water main in all respects
as provi(led by Suction 5 of the frnncllise ordinance creating the franchise of the
Paducah 'ater 'yorks Comnany in Paducah, Ky., and having in all respects agreed
in writing to take, use and pay for water at the fixed rate for a term or not less
than two years, commencing within thirty days after such pipe and main is
completed and connections made, i now move that said petition of the said patrons
be received and filed end that said water main be in all respects extenlod and
installed, under Section 5 of said or'innnce, and that the Commissioners of :'later
.orks of Paducah, Kentucky be authorized, empowered and instructed to install
said water mains and mater connections nlong IV unman street from Sorrell street

Haskel it Minnie Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: Haskel and minnie
Grognn deed to lot orogen hnving applied for deed to Lot No.88, block No.5 in Oak crow Cemetery

in the city of ea•ucah, McCracken County, Kentucky, i now move that said deed
be issued to the said 'Haskel and Minnie Grogan to said Lot No.88, block No.5
In said Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah, Mcurneken County, Kentucky,
upon payment to the Commissioner of Public rinance the sum of :,,50.00. Adopted on
