Paducah, Rentucky; hold in the Commisaionersl Chamber on the Third floor of
the City Fall at 11 o'clock AJT., on January 9th, 1928, tiayor Lackey presidod,
and upon the call of the roll the following an.erercd to their namos:
Commissioners Fannin, Bradshaw, Ilolson, Rutter and L4ay8r Lackey. (5)

protests voiced against the acceptance of Server Zone "B" constructed by the
:c::elvey Construction Company.
