At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
• - commSaslonorsl Ch—bei in the City 11011 hul.lding in the City of Paduenh,Kontucky
at 2 o'clock p.m. on the 1st day of December, 1930, Mayor lackey presided and
upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Cormilssioners
Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Laekoy, (5).

Commissioner Nelson offored motion that the report of Gus Rogers, Chief
Police Dept.
November report- of Police, for the month of November, 1930 be received and filed. A.donted n
call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and
Mayor Lackey, (5). '
Commissioner Nelson offered motion ti at the report of Tom King, City

November report Jailer, for the month of November, 1930 be received and filed. Adopted on call
of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Futter and itayor

Cash Orders Commissioner Rutter offered moti-n that the cash orders in the amount
of $26.49 be allowed add the Commissioner of P,iblic Finance be reirbursed by
check on the General Fund for said amount; same to be charged to the oroper
funds. Adapted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshae•, Hannin,
Nelsen, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Park Board Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: I move the allowance
Woelpert note
Interest of *210.00 for six months interest due November 29, 1930 on Park Board notes
to Mrs John Woolpert (07000.00); same having been duly authorized for payment,
and that the Commission r of Public Finance be authorized to pay some a•d charge
to the Department of Public Affairs to the Park Board. Fund. Adopted, on call of
the roll; Yeas; Commissioners Bradsh, , Hnnnin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor
Lackey, (5).
