Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 11:00
o'clock a.m. on the 25th day of November, 1930, Mayor Lackey prtsided
and upon call of the roll the following onswerec'. to their names: Commi:.sloners
Hannin, Nelson, Futter and L.ayor Lackey, (4).
Mayor I:ackey stated reas,,n for call, to --it: For the puroose of adopting
an ordinance to take over the balance of water mains outside of c.1ty limits,
and such other busine a as may come before the Board.
Mayor Lackey offered motion to adopt an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE
