Kentucky at 2 o'clock p.m. on the 28th day of November, 19:0, 'mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the folio:ring answered to their names: Commissioners honnin, Nelson, nutter and ayor Lackey, (4). Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read. Riverside Conmissioner Rutter offered the following motion: The Special payroll for Per.impv. special Riverside Hospital Permanent improvements for the week of November 17th to 22nd payroll for amount oi' X65.10 having been duly approved, 1 move same be allowed and the Von-nissioner of Public rinanco authorized to pay same and charge to the Department of Public Property. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Fannin, Nelson, Butter and Ltayor Lackey, (4). Interest Cormissioner Nutter offered motion Vist the Commissioner of Public Finance Counons be authorized to pay the interest couoons for six months due December 1, 1930 on the 470.000.00 Chicago, St. Louis & Paducah N.R.bonds (5N) 81750.00 and ; of 1% bank collection charge 4.38 Total —rI7 Pntable through the City National bank, Paducah, for remittance to the National City Bank of New York on or before December 1, 1930. Cormissioner Rutter offered motion that the General Manufacturing Company, Co.3rd payment St. Louis, be allowed the amount of *2294.00 to meet the third payment and interest on pumper due December 1, 1930 on pumper purchased for the rire Dteartment, and that the Cormissioner of' Public Finance be authorized to nay same when due and charge to the Contingent rand. Stewart, back tax collector, on Special improvement 't,ax bill collections for the month of October, 1920, amounting to 5331.05, be allowed and that the Commissioner of ,ab'lc Iinonce be authorized to pay same and e'arge to the Proper fund.
