At a call mooting of the Board of Conimissioners held in the Commisaioners'
Chnmber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, K_ontucky at two o'clock
p.m. on the 19th day of Hovombor, 1930, Cinyor Lackey prosided nrd upon cnll of the
roll the following answered to their names: Conanission-rs Bradshaw, Fannin, Hellon,
Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). ,
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the nurpoao of
allowing semi-monthly payrolls, and such othor busineea as may come before the
Board.
Pvyrolls-first Commissioner Rutter offered motion that tho payrolls for the first
half Nov.1930
half of November, 1930 be allowed in the amount of $9407.60, nrd the
Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay same. Adopted on call of
Qthe roll: Yeas; CommiEsioners Bradsh,w, Fannin, %ielson, Rutter and Mayor
Lackey, (5).
On motion meeting adjourned.
