,At a rogular mcating of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Co-mis^ionors' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2 o'clock p.m. on the 17th day of November, 1980, Mayor Lackey
presided and inion call of the roll the following snsvrereel to their names:
Commissioners Bradshayr, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as road.

that said deed be issued to the said l?.E, and Rebekah Smith to said Lot no.31,
Block No.l in the Mausoleum Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah, LlcCracken
County, Kentucky unon payment to the Commissioner of Public Finance the sum of

Mrs Carrie Bennett Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: Mrs. Carrie Bennett
deed to lot in Oak having applied for deed to a four

Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, I now move that said
deed be issued to the said Mrs Carrie Bennett to said four grave lot in Oak Grove
Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky upon payment to the
Commissioner of Public Finance the sum of $50.00. Adopted on call of the roll:
