Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of'Paducah, Kentucky at three P.M., the 25th day of April, 1928. Mayor Lackey presided and upon O'clock on call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw, Fannin, Nelson and Mayor Lackey, (4). Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: To accept new gravel streets and such other business as may come before the Board; Commissioner Bradshaw offered motion as follows: The new gravel strebt Grnvol Sts. on Tenn.,25th,Elm, on Tennessee Street, from th0 west property line of 25th Str©et to Elm Street; 24th,& Norton St., accepted 25th Street, from the South curb line or Jackson street to the Borth curb line of Tennessee Street; Elm Street, from the south curb line of Tennessee Street to the West curb line of Mississippi Street; 24th Street, from the south curb line of Elm Street to the South property line of Norton Street; Norton Street, from the East curb line of 24th Street to the West curb line of Mississippi Street, having been completed and finished by Fraser & Cooke, Contractors, according to the terms and conditions of their contract, and an ordinance passed relative to said improvement and same having been inspected by the Mayor and Board of Com- missioners'on the 25th day of April, 1928, I now move that same be accepted and the Engineer's estimated cost of such construction be confirmed, and that said estimated be turned over to the Commissioner of Public Finance for collection; and that the City Solicitor be instructed to prepare an ordinance assessing said property as shown by the Engineer's estimate. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson and Mayor Lackey, (4).
