At a call meeting of the Board of' Uommissioners held in the commissioners'
Uhamber in the 1,ity Hall ouilding in the laity of Paducah, Kentucky at 11 o'clock a.m.
on the 12th day of ttoveLiber, 1930, M1tayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll
the following answered to their names: commissioners Hannin, Futter and Mayor Lackey,

Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: ror the -,urnose of making
final settlement on the J.x.i+ouse Contract No.10, and such other business as may
come before the board.
Commissioner Hutter offered motion that the reo_ort on the J.N.Fouse
