Chnmber in the City Nall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 10 o'clock a.m. on the 1st day of November, 1930, Mayor Lackey presided and upon en :1 of the roll the following answered to their names; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and 1:'.ayor Lackey, (4). Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -:pit: For the purpose of segregating some accounts of the Paducah ;later :^orks, end such other business as may come before the Board, Louisville Trust Mayor Lackey offered motion that there be paid to the Louisville Trust Co., paid $25.00 fee for handling Comnany of Louisville, Kentucky the sum of $25,00, being the amrunt of its charge Plater 'Yorks bonds for handling the Paducah Water ;Yorks bonds of the City of Paducah in closing the deal 1th the purchasers of. said bonds, and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized and instmucted to issue check for $25.00 payable to the Louisville Trust Company and charge some to the Yater Works Survey Account. Adopted on call of the roll? Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4). Louisville Trust Mayor Lackey offered motion that the check bf the Louisville Trust Company Co. check for balance of price for $76,243 payable to the order of the City of Paducah, and being the balance of water works bonds accented of the sale price of the mater works bonds issued by the City and sold to C,1,11, McNear & Company and S:'alt+:r, ':%oody & Heimerdinger for the purnose of acquiring and peyaing for the Paducah 'Vater Forks plant end properties after the payment of said plant and nroperties, be received and accepted, add that the Conmiscionor of Public Finance be authorized and instructed to place said cheek on deposit as a special water --orks account subject to check only upon order of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens; Com:nission,rs Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
