Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of accenting Southern Roads Company's Street Paving Contract No.1, and such other business as may come before the Board. Oak- Grove Commissioner Hannin offered the foll�vl Ing motion: The Board of Cemotcry-!:aus- oleum Addition Commissioners having on October 20th, 1930 established a list of prices on lots lots reduced - 10% for divid- in the Ma"zsojeum Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery, and it being found advisable • int in some instances to divide lots and sell parcels less than a whole lot, and in order to take care of the expense incident to such cases and sales of divided lots, I move that when any lot' is divided and is sold as a divi�ed lot that there be added 101% to any part of a lot or portion t''crcof that may be 30 sold according to the list of prices heretofore adopted. Mayor Lackey offered motion that the claim of Gardner Coal Comnany claim against , I J.M.Rouse- '.7ash. against J.M.Rouse for materials, etc furnished in the construction of sidewalk St.16th to 17th sidewalk,ete on lVasbington street between 16th and 17th streets, -amounting to $20552.87 be receives' and filed. Seventh St., Commi6sioncr Bradshaw offered the folloaing motion: Southern Roads danhington to Clark paved at. Company, Contractors, having c=pleted the construction of paved street cn South accepted Seventh Street, from the north property line of 7asbington street to the south property line of Clark street, and notion hbvin�,� 1-rnto"ar,' been given on the 17th day of October, 1930 that the Board of Cor.nissionvrs would in the forenoon on Thursday, October 23rd, 1930, inspect said paved street and all, work incident thereto, and would be in session at 2 o'clock p.m. on the 23rd day of Octobrry 1930 in the Commissioners' Chamber in the City Pall.
