At a call meeting of the ]soard of Commissioners hold in the Commissioneral
Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 10 o'clock a.m.
on the 21st day of Octobcr, 1930, M^yor Lackey presided andupon call of the roll
the followin;; answered to their names: Commissioners Hn:nnin, Nelson, Rutter and
Mayor Lackey, (4).
Aayor Lackey stated reason for call, tc-wit: For the -iursose of ratifying
appointment of "'.M.Rieke as a member of the Board of Park Commissioners, and such
other tusiness as may come before the Board.
W.M.Rieke Mayor Lackey offered motion that W.M.Rieke be appointed a member of the
nonbor
Park Bd. Board of Park Commissioners to fill the vacancy in said Board caused by thF death
of Col. H.C.Rhodes; said appointment to take effect upon his qualifying as required
by law. ' Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter
and ''ayor Lackey, (4).
On motion meeting sojourned.
