At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners, Chasber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,

Kentucky at 2 o'clock p-m- on the 20th day of October, 1930, Mnyor Lackoy
presided and upon call of the roll the following Answered to their names:

Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Commissioner Hannin offered motion thnt the prices of the unsold

lots in the Mausoleum Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery as shorn upon drawing and

blue lrint of some made by E.R.Bradshar:, Jr., be adopted as the price of said
lots reduced
lots respectively as shown upon said blue print, which is this day filed no pnrt
horoof. Said lots and the prices thereof in the various blocks in said
addition are as follows:

Commmissioner Rutter offered the following motion: It being necessary
City Solicitor
to Louisville
that the City Solicitor go to Louisville, lentucky for the purpose of nttending
to certain legal matters affecting the City of Paducah, and the estimated coat
of said trip being $"D.00. I new move that the Commissioner of Public Finance
be instructed to pay to ::'.V.Lnton, City Solicitor, the sum of 530.00 for the
purpose of defraying the expenses of said trip to Louisvi'1e; same to be charged
to account of ',inter 'Aforks Survey. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens;
Commissioners Sradshnw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
