At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Comnissioners'
Chamber in the City Hnll Building in the city of Paducah, Kentucky at 10 o'clock
a.m. on the 18th day of Octob^r, 1930, Vnyor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll
the follo:ing answered to their names: Com,tissioners Bradsh,-+•s, Rannin, Nelson,
Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -alt: For the purpose of allowing
semi-monthly payrolls, and such other business as may come before the Board.
First half Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the first half of
Oct. payrolls October, 1930 be allo-aed in the amount of $9309.79, and the Commissioner of Public
Finance authorized to pay same. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners
Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
