At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City }fall Building in the City of Paducnh, Kentucky
at 2 o'clock p.m. on the,3rd day of October, 1930, Mayor Lackey presided and upon
call of t) -,e roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Hannin, Belson,
Rutter and 19ayor Lackey, (4).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -:sit: For the ourpose of
allowing semi-monthly payrolls, and such other business as may come before the Board,
Payrolls Commission; r Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the last

Sept.130 half of September, 1930 be allowed in the amount of $13373.50, ani the Commissioner
of Public Finance authorized to pay same. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
Commissioners Rannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
On motion meeting adjourned.
