Minutes of the orevious meetings vrore adopted as read. Black & Veatch Commissioner Rutter offered motion that Black & Veatch be rellowed claim-Taterworka apvraisement the amount of $441.13 for the services of F.B. Black in connection with valuation of the Paducah '.later Works Compamy, being half the amount of $882.26, the Paducah Pater :Yorks Company to pay the other half; and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and charge to the Water "orks Survey Fund. ..dopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradsha,•r, Hnnnin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). Psducnh, Tenn & CO*missioner Rutter offered the following motion: I move the allowance Alabama Railroad Bonds interest of ;1950.00 for 6 months interest and $4.88 collection charge, total $1954.88, which will be due October 1, 1930 on the Paducah, Tennessee & Alabama Railroad Bonds of . 65000.00 outstanding at 6%; and that the commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same when due. .dopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannan, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). Colonial Hts. Commissioner Rutter offered motion thnt the payroll for work done in Septic Tank Sewer payroll installing the Colonial Heights Septic Tank Sewer amounting to $107.50 be allowed and ordered 0aid and charged to New Construction in the Department of Public '.orks. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter a d Mayor Lackey, (5). Brady Y.Stewart Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the commission for commission of 10% duo August,1930 Brady M. Stewart, back tax collector, on special improvement tax bill collections for the month of August, 1930, amounting to ;75.51, be allowed and that the Cemmissioner of Public Finance be authorized to nay same and charge to the nroner fund.
