At a call orcttng of the Board of Can -it sionrrs held in the
Co—lirionrrri Chamber in the City Rall Building in the City of Paducnh, Kentucky
at 11:00 o.1clock a.m. on the 19th day of September, 19'.9,tdnyor Lackey presided
and upon tail of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Rnnnin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Magor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of
nll.owing semi-monthly payrolls and such other business as may come before the Board.
Commissioner Rutter'offered motion that the pnyrolls for the first half

first of September, 1930 be allowed in the amount of $9915.08 and the Commissioner of

Mayor Lackey offered motion that the bond of indemnity to the City of

nolds Paducah for the removal of a house belonging to Chris Burger located on the south
house -
roving side of Madison street between 9th & 10th streets, be fixed at $500.00, and that the
bond
fixed hermit for such removal be and the same is hereby authorized to be issued to 'Vill
Reynolds upon execution of such bond with approved surety. Adopted on call of the
roll: Yeas; Covii=rioners Rannin, Nelson, Rutter and. Mayor Lackey, (4).

Mayor Lackey offered motion that the bond of indemnity to the City of

and signed by Will Reynolds as Principal and The Fidelity & Casualty Company of
New York as =urety, be received and filed, and that permit for such removal be and
