At a regdlar meeting of the Board of CoTnmissioncis held in the
Comzissioners' Chamber in the City Hell building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 2 o'clock p.m, on the 15th day of September, 1930 Mayer Lockey presided
and upon call of the roll the following nnowered to their names: Commissioners
Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
