IONERS City of Paducah , KENTUCKY. -APRIL 23RD, 1928 At a Regular Mooting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 O'clock P.Y., on the 23rd day of April, 1928, Mayor Lackey presidod and upon the call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Payor Lackey, (5) Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as rend. Commissioner Ruttor offered motion that the Commissioner of Public Finance bo�autiiorizcd to purchase"from Rex P. Cornoilson, postmaster, five Stamped envelopes thousand steeped envelopes for the cash'pricv of $111.40, chargeable to h13 department Com.Finan office, p ng, postage and supplies: Adopted on the call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners asrinti Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5). Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: It appearing Refund on that tax bill N6.1644 against the estate of-L.Harris, contained an erroneous charge L.Harri^ -charge of $3.00, the correct amount of said bill being $124.74 and said tax est.taxu or over bill payer having paid the sum of $127.74 on account of said bill, I now move that there be refunded to said tax payer the sum of $3.00 and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized and instructed to issue check for such refund. Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: The City Bond of National having executed its bond as an official depository of the City of Paducah City '!at. 1 Bank as in the sum of $225,000.00, with sureties satisfactory to the City of Paducah, I now official depository move that said bond be approved by the Board of Commissioners and that the Mayor endorse his approval t-ereon.
