At a call meeting of the Board of Commiraioners hold in the
Comminsioncral Chamber in the City Noll Buildirg in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at P o'clock P.M. on the 9th day of Scptembcr, 1930 Mnyor Lackey
presided and upon cnl.l of the roll the following nnq%,ered to their nnnes:
Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutber and Mayor Lockey, (5).
Mayor Lackey stetod renson for toll, to -wit: For the purpose
of receiving bond and granting permit to Will Reynolds for removal of a
house, and such other business an mny come before the Board.
Comnin'sioner Brodsh-w offered motion that th, bond of indemnity
Will Reynolds to the City of Paducal, for the removal of a frnme house belonging to Dr.
pFrnit to rove
Davison house Dowson over the following streets, to -wit: Over nod across $ennessee street;
thence northward in alley, for a total distance from starting point to
termination about 500 feet, which bond is in the sum of $500.00 and signed
by will Reynolds as principal and the Fidelity & Casualty Company of New
York cc antety, be received and filed and that permit for such removal
be and the snme is hereby authorized to be issued to the said Will Reynolds.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Nannin, Nelson,
Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Commissioner Brsdshnw offered motion that the bond of indemnity
9111 Reynolds to the City of Paducah for the romovnl of a house belonging to Dr. Dawson
indomnity bond
to city for house located on the northeast corner of 6th & Tenn—see streets, be fixed at
moving filed
