At an ndjourned meeting of the Board of Covrmiasioners held in the
Co^missionersl Chnmbor in the Cl.ty Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky

called for the purpose of acceotinc sidewalk contrnet ?Mmbor 1, an!i such other

25th to 27th from all of the bids received for the construction of sidevralks and drivo:anya on
sidewalk contract

E. L. Beyer is the lowest and bee' bid. I now move that their proposal nn•c bid
to so construct said sidevial a and driveways according to the pinnd and
specifications accompanying said bids be accented and I further rove thnt the
Mayor be authorized and instructed to enter into a contract with the snid E. L.
Beyer for the construction of said sidewal" nnP driveways in accordance wl.th
t^e plans and specifications and in accordance with the terms of said ordonance
providing for said imnrovements, I further move that the certified checks of
unsuccessful bidders be returned to them. Adopted on the call of the roll. Yens!
