JOLY 51930 At a call meeting of the Board of Commisnionrrs held in the Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Bu11.91ng in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 11 otclock A.M., on the 5th day of July, 1930, in the absence of Mavor Lackey Commissioner Nelson presided as Mayor pro tem and upon call of the roll the following answered to their Names: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin and Mayor pro tem Nelson, (3). Mayor pro tem Nelson stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of accepting colored isolation unit to Riverside Hoppital and making final settlement with Lockwood & Gasser, and such other business as mqy come before the Board. Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: Lock•aood & Gasser Lockwood & Gasser having completed the construction of the colored isolation unit to Riverside final settlement Hospital according to plans, specifications and the contract under which said work for con- struction ras done, an' so far as the same was required to be done by them, and having done or Col. Isolation certain extra work as required by the Commissioner of Public Property in connection Unit to Riv<,rside therewith, ane it appearing that said work has been completed as reeuired by said contract, I nam move that said work and said colored isolation unit so constructed b;.� Lockwood & Gasser be accepted, and it further appearing that there is a balance due and owing to the said Lockwood & Gasser for said work amounting to $1778.55 and there not being sufficient funds in the appropriation to permanent improvements at Riverside Hospital to pay same but there being ample funds in the ap-ropriation to the Contingent Fund to pay the same, I now move that said balance of $1778.55 be paid to the said Lockwood & Gasser and that the same be charged to the Contingent Fund.
