At a call meetinc of the Board of Commissionors hell in the
Commis loners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City,of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.M., on the 3rd dap of July, 1930 in the absence of
Mayor Lackey, Commissioner Nelson presided on Mayor Pro Tem, nod upon call of
the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw,
Hannin, Rutter and Mayor pro tem Nelson, (4),
Mayor pro tem Nelson stated reason for call, to -wit: For the
purpose of allowing payrolls for last half of June, 1930 and such other
b,rsiress as may come before the Board.
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the last

of Public Finance authorized to pap same. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;

Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the claim of Green Engineering

Company for pipe end fittings, amounting to $52.608 be allowed and the
Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay snme and charge to account of
Sewer Department. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Bradshaw,
Ha-nin, Rutter end Moyer pro tem Nelson, (4).

Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: The following

I move they be allowed and the Commiasioner of Public Finance authorized
to pay same and charge to the proper funds. Adopted on call of the roll:

Mayor pro tem Nelson offered motion to adopt an ordinance entitled,
