Minutes of the previous meetings were ndopted as read. J.R.Andey- Commissioner Bradshaw offered the following motion; J.R.Anderson son Bond heretofore executed bond to the City of Paducah with the National Surety canceled having Company as surety therein for the purpose of indemnifying the city for loss and damages on account of making certain openings in the streets for the installation of severs, and the said J.R.Anderson and his surety, the National Surety Company, having requested that the said bond be cancelled and terminated and the surety therein released from further liability, I now move that the request of the National Surety Company, through its agents, Foremen & Lackey, and the request of J.R.Anderson for cancellation of said bond be received and filed, and that the said bond heretofore executed by J.R.Anderson with the National Surety Company as surety therein, conditioned thot_the said Anderson and his surety lwuld pay any and all damages occasioned by his opening streets or other public ways for the installation of sewers, be, and the same is hereby cancelled and held for naught and said bond and all liability thereunder to cease as of this date. Yrs Lois Commissioner Hannin offered the followinF motion: Mrs Lois McCauley NeCacley having applied for deed to Lot No.22J in Block No.4, Mausoleum Addition to Oak Grove 1 of in Oak Gro ve Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, I now move that said deet be issued to the said Mrs Lois McCauley to said Lot No.22j, Block No.4 In the Yausoleum Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery upon pa ment to the Commissioner of Public Finance the sum of $100.00.
