At a call meeting of the board of Commissioners held in the
Cotamissioners' Chamber in the City Rall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 21o'clock P.M:, on the 19th day of June, 1930; in the
absence of Vnyor Lackey, Commissioner Nelson presided as Mayor pro tom
and upon call of the roll the folloc,ing.nnawered to their names:
Commissioners Rannin, Rutter and Mayor pro tem Nelson, (3).
Mayor pro tem Nelson at6ted reason for cell, to -wit: For the
purpose of allowing semi monthly payrolls, and such other busine-s as may
come before the board.
Payrolls for 1st Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the
half June,1930
first half of June, 1930 be allowed in the amount of $10293.49, and the
Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to pay same. Adopted on call
of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Rutter and Mayor pro tem Nelson,(3).
On motion meeting adjourned.
