At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held I the _
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, I
Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.M., on the 2nd day of June, 1930, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4). j
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Police Dept.Llay Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the report 'of Gus Rogers,
report
Chief of Police, for the month of May, 190 be received and filed. Adopted on
call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Brad&haw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey,
W.
Commissioner Hnnnin offered motion that the report of Tom King, City
City Jail may
report Jailer, for the month of May, 1930 be received and filed. Adopted on call of
the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshr•w, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Sewer Zone 4A Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the weekly payroll for work
extensions
-reekly payroll done in installing sevrer extensions in Zone 4A amounting to $173,27 be allowed
and ordered paid and charged tb New Construction in the department of public works.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and
Mayor Lackey, (4).
Park Board Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: The Park Board
claims
having approved for allowance and payment the following claims:
Mrs John ''oelpert-6 mos. int. on $7000.00 $ 210.00
Mrs John Woelpert-note for X2000.00
6 mos.int. x;60.00 2060.00
Total—Tf2Y0��
Note and interest
payable to City National Bank $2060.00
I move the claims be allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance authorized
to pay same and charge to the Park Fund. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Commissioner Rutter offered motion thnt the cash orders in the omount
Cash Orders
of $97.54 be alloyed and the Commissioner of Public Finance be reimbursed by
check on the General Fund fcr amount of $97.54; same to be charged to the proper
funds. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners hrs0shnw, Hannin,
Rdtter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
