At a call meeting of the Board of Co=issioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Nall Building in the City of Paducah.
Kentucky at 11 o'clock A.M., on the 28th day of May, 1930, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of,the roll the folloTying answered to their names:

CcMmissioners Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (3),
Mayor Lackey stated re^son for call, to -crit: For the purpose of
pa -sing an ordinance governing the moving of houses, and such other business
as may come before the Board.
Mayor Lackey offered motion to adopt an ordinance entitled,
