At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held In the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.M., on the 26th day of May, 1930, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted an read.
Commissioner Hannin offered the followinu_ motion: R.L.Ross
City Dump -Rented
to F:.L.P,oss for
having tendered his check payable to the order of the City of Paducah for
year 1930
25.00 as rent for the year 1930 for the use of that certain prrcel of real
e^tate known as the city dump, I no•.+ move that said check be accepted
and that the amount thereof be credited to the General Fund. Adopted on
cell of the roll: Yeas; Co-missioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and
Mayor Lackey, (5).
Claims -Sundry
Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: The following
claims having been duly aooroved for allowance and payment:
Department of Public Finance
Billings Printing Company, Printing $150.00
Department of Public Property
J.71. Lockwood & Son - Repairs to Public Bldgs. 161.37
Special St. Imp.Bill Collections
Brady M. Stewart - 10% commission 93.65

I move the claims be allowed and the Commissioner of Public F'inanco authorized
to pay some and charge to the proper departments. Adopted on call of the roll:
Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Rennin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the weekly payroll for
Sewer 'Lone 4A
weekly payroll
work done in installing sewer extensions in Zone 4A amounting to $265.15 be
allowed and ordered paid and charged to New Construction in the department of
Public corks. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw,
Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).

Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: I move that the

& Paducnh R.F.
Commissioner of Public hinanco be nuthorized to pay the interest coupons for six
Bonds
months due June 1, 1930 on the
$70,000.00 Chicsgo,St.Louls & Paducah H.R.Bonds (5�) w175O.00
