At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in Vie Commissioners'
Chamber in the City Hall PuildlnF in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.M.,
on the 51:1, day of !!ay, 1930, in the absence of. Mayor Lackey, -who was confined to },is

Hannin, Rutter and Nayor pro tem Nelson, (4).
Minutes of the previous meeting; were ajopteQ as read.
Commissioner Rutter,offered motion that the special street payroll for amount

pn-roll o^ $40.60, duly annroved for allor+ranee and payment, be allowed and the Commissioner
of Public Finance authorized to pay same and charge to the proper fund. Adopted
on call of the roll; Yeas; Commissioners Bradshs.:•r, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor pro tem

Commissioner Rutter offered motion t"ot the monthly estimate for work done

J.S.Brinkley claim Brinkley for the Lakeview Country Club against any moneys that may be due or
against P.L.Boyer owing to P.L. Beyer under street graveling contracts numters 2,6,7,9 and 11,
1929, which contracts were awarded to the said E.L. Beyer by the City of Paducah
for the construction of said streets by grading and graveling the enm0, to
the extent of $200.00 on Contract 11o.2,,$125.00 on Contract No.6,
$250.00 on Contract Ne..7, 4:200.00 on Contract No.9, $400.00 on -ontrsct No.11,
be received and filed and that action thereon be deferred until said
contracts have been completed and the work thcreuneer accepted. Adopted on
call of the roll: Yeas; Comwissioners Bradshaw, Hnnnin, Rutter arrl Ynyor pro
tem Nelson, (4).
