At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commise.ioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 2 o'clock P.M., on the 21st day of April, 1930, Mayor Lackey presided and unon
call of the roll the following nnswered to bheir names: Commissioners Brnddhaw,
Hnnnin, Nelson, Rutter ore. Mayor Lockey, (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Commissioner Fannin offered motion that the contract and bond of Lockwood
Ool.Ieolatim & Gasser for the construction of the colored isolation unit to Riverside Hospital,
