Mayor pro tem Nelson stated reason for call, to -wit; For the nurpose of passing on ordinance dedicating 19th Street from Monroo Street to Madison Street as a public thorouglfere, and such other business as may come before the Board. 19th St., Commissioner Braashaw offered motion to adopt as ordinance entitled, Monroo to Madison "AN ORrINANCE EFTABT1,911ING AND I'ECLARTNG TRF UrTCATSOPI OV NI17•'T"NTH FTFFFT FROM dedicated JPT'FFR.ON FTPFFT NORTFPJAFrLY TO tfADIFON STRFFP TN THE CITY ON' PAT`NCAH, KENTUCKY." Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor pro tem Nelson, (4). Col.lso- Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the bids for, the plumbing and lotion ward- P.& heating of the colored isolation unit to Riverside Hospital be received and filed. H. bids re a d. Adoptee on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Rennin, Rutter and Mayor pro tern Nelson, (4). Col. Iso- Comnissionor Hannin offered the following, motion: 1t apoearinr, from all lation ward P.& of the bids received by the Commissioner of Public Proporty for the installation and 11. contra- ct nwnried furnishing of all plumbing and heating equipment for the colored isolation unit to F.nnnon Rivprside Fospital that the bid of Ed. D. Hannan is the lowest and best bid and that the same should be accepted, I now move that the bid of $1694.00 for the furnishing of all plumbing on,' heating ea+ripment for tre colored isolation unit to Riverside Hospital, according to plans ane specifications on file in the office of the Commissioner of 'Iublic Property, be accepted, and trot he be awarded said contract nna t:^.nt the Mo7or be authorized to execate contract and bond for sass; and I further move that the checks accompaning the bids of the unsuccessful bidders be returned to them.
