At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City. of Paducah, Kentucky at
2 o'clock PM., on the 7th day of April, 1930, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call
of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin,
Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Co:m,issioner Rutter offered motion that the claim bf Yancy Brothers

Bros clelnfor balsnee due on excavation work in various parkways amounting to $547.03, having

been duly approved for payment by the Park Board, I move thnt same be alloyed and the
Co -71 ssioner of Public Finance authorized to pay same and charge to the oroper fund.

Yancy Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the claim of Yancy brothers

claim- for amount of $22.50 for hauling charges, having been duly approved for allovrance and

payment, I move the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and charge
to the Park Fund. Adopted on•call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin,
Rutter and Mayor lackey, (4).
