At a i call r meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.M., on the 401 day of April, 1930, Mayor lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following•answared to their names;
Commissioners Bradshaw, Rennin, Nclson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of
allowing semi-monthly payrolls, and such other business as may come before the
Board.
Commissioner Rutter offered motion thnt the payrolls for the last hnlf
Payrolls -last half
March, 1930 of March, 1930 be allowed in the amount of $13804.26, and the Commissioner of
Public Finance authorized to pay same. Adopted on call cf the roll: Ye4s;
Commissicners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and L:ayor Lackey, (5).
Mayor Lackey offered motion to adopt a resolution entitled,
