Proceedings of BOARD Or COMVISIJONERS City of Paducah APRIL 13th, 1928
At a Call meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the Commisaionorn+
Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, at'Eleven O'clock
A.M., April 13th 1928, Mayor Lackey presided and upon the call of the roll the fol -.'Lowing
answered to their namde: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor
Lackey. (5).
Mayor Lackey stated reasons for call to -wit: To pass an ordinance, for the
purpose of granting the right for busses to operate on certain streets in the City of
Paducah. '
Mayor Lackey offered motion to adopt an ordinance entitledyAN ORDINANCE
Ordinance GRANTING I.CRE KENTUCKY UTILITIES COMPANY THE RIGHT TO OPERATE BUSSES OVER CERTAIN STREETS

roll,by the following vote: Nays; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and
Mayor Lackey. (5).
