At a call meeting of the Bo ,rd of comminsloners hold in the Commissioners'
Chamber in the City Rall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, tit -•10 o'clock A.M.,
on the 2nd day of April, 1930, Mayer Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the
following nnsrererl to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Nutter
and L.nyor Lackey.,. (5).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for. call, to :wit: For the purpose of passing
an ordinance regulating the government of parks., boulevards and parkways, and such
.other business. as may .come before .the. Board. •
Comsissioner Nelson offered motion that the report of Gus Rogers, Chief of
Police
Dept., Police, for .the month of Larch, 1930 be received and filed... Adopted on call of the
March
