At A Call Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Padunnh, Kentucky,
at 11:00 O'clock A.M. an the 29th day of March, 1930, Meyer Lackey Dresided and
upon tno call of the roll the following answered to theirnnames: Commissioners
Hannin, Nelson and Mayor Lackey. (3).
Mayor Lackey stated reasons for call to -wit: For tre purpose of
receiving a resolution from the City Planning k Zoning Commission and such other
businees as mny come before the Bonrd.
Mayor Lnekey offered the follaeing motion: The City Planning and
Zoning Corrmtrsion having adopte3 a resolution creating a business zone or district
on Fourth Street, from Jefferson Street to hfadison Street, and having certified
a cop:-, of their resolution so cresting said district to the Board of Commissioners,
I now move that the certified copy of the resolution of the City Planning and
Zoning Commission be received and filed. Adopted on the cel]. of the roll: Yens;
CoRmicsioners Hannin, Nelson hnd Mayor Lackey. (3).
Mayor Lackey offered motion to adopt an ordinance entitled, "AN
OrDINAT'CE DFCTARII:G CERTAIN PROPFTY ON BOTH SIDS OF FOURTP STREET, FROM JEFFERSON
STREET TO MADISON ITRT-rT, TO BE BITSINESS PROPERTY UPON THE RE?UF$T OF THE CITY
PTIMNING AND ZONING C01MMISSION." Adopted on the call. or the roll: Yeas; Commissioners
Fannin, Nelson and Mayor Lackey. (3).
On motion meeting adjourned.
