At a regular meeting of the Board of Com-rissioners held in
the Commissioners, Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.M., on the 17th day of Mnrch, 1930, Mnyor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:

Commissioner Hannin offered motion thnt the co^munication from
Alley lights to
be changed
the Kentucky Utilities Company, submit•ting proposition regnrding the changing

of alley lights as therein described, be received sad filed, and t-Fnt the
Kentucky Utilities Company be authorized and empowered to change said lights
in accordnnee with. said written proposal and communiention aforesaid, and that
the rates of service for snid new lights when so'installed be the same as that
prescribed in said communication of karch 14, 1930. Adopted on call of the

Circuit Court on August 12, 1929, owned by Dillard Vaughn and wife and purchnsed
propfrty-money pail
by the City of Paducah, having become due, and the deed therefor have been
delivered and duly recorded, I move that the amount of $144.90, which covers the
purchase price and ell costs, be allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance
authorized to pay ssme by check on the General Fund and charge to Costs and Fuits.
