Proceedings of _ BOARD of COMMISSIOt!ERS City of Paducah APRIL 9th 1928.
At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners'
chamber in the City Hall Building in the city of Paducah, Kentucky, at 2:00 O'clock
P.ti., April 9th, 1928, Mayor Llckey presided and upon the call of the roll tae following
answered to their names: Commissioners Bradahaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey.

Commissioner Bradshaw offered motion to adopt a resolution entitled, "A
