At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners' chamber in the City Hall Building in the city of Paducah, Kentucky, at 2:00 O'clock P.ti., April 9th, 1928, Mayor Llckey presided and upon the call of the roll tae following answered to their names: Commissioners Bradahaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey. Minutes of the previous meeting were adoptod.as road, Commissioner Bradshaw offered motion to adopt a resolution entitled, "A Paducah RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE PAD'9CAH WATER COMPANY TO EXTEND ITS MAINS ON CERTAIN STREETS :rater Oo. to extend IN TnE CITY OF P,:DUCAH KENTUCKY." Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners mains Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey. (5). Commissioner Bradshaw offered motion that a resolution entitled, "A RES. Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the Commissioner of Public property ,logsfor be empowered to buy six American flags; two for tW;tower at the City Hall; two for g City Pall 4 0Riverside Hospital and two for Oak Grove Cemetery. Na__ 47__ Proceedings Of BOARD OF COMMISSIONF•RS City of Paducah - APRIL 9th 1928 Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the account of Auto Livery Claim of auto Company, amounting to $900.00 be allowed and that same be ordered paid and charged Livery Co.nllow to account of Oak Grove Cemetery. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yoas; Commiss_ ed.$400.00 toners Bradshaw, Ii.,�nnin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey. (5). Mayor Lackey offered motion that the dead from Georgo Donkor and Deed from Goo. wife to the City of Paducah, Itentucky, be received and accepted and that the Comm - i Denker to city accepted issioner of Public Finance be directed to issue check to said George Denkor for $91.50 in payment therefor; same to be charged to account of"Contingent Fund: Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, flannin, :Tolson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey. (5). Report of Mayor Lackey offered motion that the report of Southern Bell Tole - Telephone Co. phone Company be received, filed and published in the official newspaper.
