At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners'
Chamber in the City Rall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 o'clock r.M.,
on the 18th dAy of February, 1930, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll
the follo7•ing answered to their names: Commiseionors Nelson, Rutter and Mayor
Lnckey, (3). '
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of allowing
expenses to send City Solicitor to Frankfort, Kentucky on official Casiners, and

Frankfort certain legal matters affecting the CIJ- of Pad,icah, and the estimated cost of
said trip bean; f^0.00, I move that the Commissioner or rublic Finance be instructed
to pav to a.V.Eaton, City Solicitor, the sum of er4C.00 for the purnose or defrnying
the expense of said trio to Frankfort, Kentucky; sams to be charged to costs and suits..
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Nelson, Rutter and voyer Lackey, (3).
