At a regular meeting of the board of Commissioners hold in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.M., on the 17th day of February, 1930, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their nnrres;
Cor._^rissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Sewer Zone 4A Commissionrr Rutter offered motion that the city's part of the cast

cost on the Merkle Contracting Companyts contract for Sewer Zone 4A as follows:

be allowed and charged to New Construction, and the Commissioner of Public Finance
authorized to pay same from the General Fund for deposit in the Special street
Improvement Fund in order to make final settlement with tle contractor. Adopted
on call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey,
(4).
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the claims for the month of
Claims -January, January, 1930 be allowed in the amount of $18,646.33 and the Commissioner of Public
