Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.M.,

Axt-n- Cor^issioner Rutter offered the following motion: It apnearing that the

Tobacco Axton -Fisher Tobacco Company when they maid their October, 1929 tax bill #4470

frnd on erroneously included in this payment $119.66 the amount of their June tnx bill which
tax bill
they had previously paid, and I move that the overpaid amount be allowed and the
Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to make correction by drawing a check on
the General Fund and refunding the amount of $119.66 to the Axton -Fisher Tobacco
Company. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Rutter and Mayor
Inckey, (3).
Bickner Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: I move that the city's

Strret 'mprovement Fund in order to make final settlement with the contractor.
