At a call meeting of the Bonrd of Commissioners hold in the Commissioners'
Chamber in the City Hnll Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 o'clock
P.M., on the 29th day of January, 1930, Mnyor Lackey presided and upon call

binyor Lnckey statedreason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of
sending City Colicitor to Frankfort to attend to certain legal matters, and
such other business as may come before the Bonrd.
Commissioner Rutter offered the follaning notion: It being necessary
that the City Solicitor go to Frankfort, Kentucky for the purpose of attending
City Solicitor to
Frankfort to certain legal matters affecting the City of Paducah, and the estimated
cost of said trip being $45.00, I move that the Commissioner of Public Finance
be instructed to pay to 7f.V.raton, City Solicitor, the sum of ,^,,45.00 for the
purpose of defrnying the expense of said trip to Frankfort, Kentucky; same
to be charged to costs and suits. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
Cosmissio--ers Bradshaw, Hannin, nelson, Rutter and Payor Lnekey, (5).
